This is where theory becomes habit. Your team works with real AI tools on real tasks, including documents, communications, data and customer queries. Prompt engineering, workflow integration and performance measurement are all covered practically, not theoretically.

The final phase locks in what works and plans for what is next. You will leave with a documented AI roadmap, a trained and confident workforce and the tools to keep developing independently. Pete continues to support certification and compliance documentation after the programme ends.

Common questions
How many people can join the programme?
The programme works best with between 8 and 25 participants. Smaller organisations can run a condensed version and larger ones can be split into cohorts. We have delivered to teams of 6 and teams of 60 and both work well with slightly different formats.
Does my team need any technical background?
None at all. The programme is designed for mixed-ability teams. It meets people where they are and builds from there. The most common feedback we get is that people were surprised how accessible it was.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT ourselves?
Most teams who try AI without structure get inconsistent results, give up, or use it in ways that create risk. We provide the framework, the sector-specific knowledge and the governance layer that turns individual experimentation into organisational capability.
Is it delivered in person or remotely?
Face-to-face by default. In our experience it produces significantly better adoption rates than online delivery. We deliver across Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and surrounding regions. Some modules can be delivered remotely where appropriate.

It means your organisation will have a documented AI management framework that meets the requirements of the international standard for responsible AI use. This is increasingly relevant for organisations tendering for public contracts, working in regulated sectors, or supplying larger organisations who ask about their partners' AI governance. We produce the documentation as part of the programme and you own it.
